Commercial Carpet Installer: Certified Precision for The Bay Area

Specialised Installation for GCs, Corporate Offices & Public Works

Commercial carpeting is completely different from installing residential carpets in a living room or family room.

It requires:

  • moisture mitigation systems-this has to be right (and meet ASTM F710 standards) the first time
  • pattern alignment across thousands upon thousands of square feet
  • schedules that cannot slip by even one day
  • crews trained for commercial settings and high traffic area demands

When a general contractor calls asking, "Can you handle 10,000 square feet by Monday?", they're not looking for someone who does hallway carpet on weekends. They need certified installers who've done this a hundred times. Commercial flooring contractors who know the difference between getting it done and getting it right.

They need certified carpet installers backed by a true Commercial Flooring Contractor.

That’s us.

At All County Flooring, we deliver engineered floor coverings and flooring solutions built for commercial properties, office spaces, and healthcare facilities where durability is non-negotiable.

We install new floors, new carpet, and full high performing flooring systems designed to last decades, not years.

If your project requires Union compliance, phased scheduling, or night work around tenants, you’re in the right place.

Floor Prep Is Where Most Methods Fail

Most carpet failures are not caused by the carpet.

Bad prep. That's the culprit about 90% of the time.

All County Flooring own grinders and shot blasters. Our crews profile slabs to ICRI standards, remove old adhesives properly, and prepare substrates the right way at every step.

Because without proper prep, warranties become absolutely meaningless. Callbacks are bound to happen. And those "cheap bids" everyone loves will get expensive fast when delamination shows up in month six.

Moisture is the #1 cause of commercial carpet failure

Concrete slabs hold water longer than most contractors realize. We perform calcium chloride testing and relative humidity probe testing on every commercial project. When mitigation is needed, we apply moisture barriers rated for the specific conditions of your slab, not generic solutions that fail in year two.

This isn't an extra service. It is our standard (by default) that protects your investment and keeps you off the callback list.

Why Your Last Flooring Bid Was Wrong

Most flooring estimates skip the part that matters: prep.

Here's what happens when you hire the low bidder who doesn't own prep equipment:

  • They show up and discover the slab isn't level (add $8,000)
  • Moisture testing reveals migration issues (add two weeks and $15,000)
  • Old adhesive wasn't disclosed in the walk-through (add $5,000)
  • Suddenly your $40,000 bid is $68,000 and three weeks behind schedule

We quote the real scope upfront. Our estimates include subfloor flatness testing with a 10-foot straightedge, calcium chloride and RH probe testing protocols, and surface preparation requirements based on the actual substrate condition.

If there is a potential issue with your slab's vapor profile or alkalinity levels, you know about it before signing anything, not after we've already torn up the old flooring and discovered 12% moisture content.

You get one number. One timeline. One point of contact.

Why Work With Us?

Custom Flooring Installation Solutions

Your schedule doesn't have buffer days. Get reliable team members with real years of experience, staged equipment, and clear schedules. We value customer service as much as craftsmanship, which I know sounds like marketing speak, but ask our GCs who've used us on multiple projects.

Save time and Hassle

Floor Prep That Prevents Callbacks

We own our diamond grinders and shot blasters. That means your subfloor gets profiled to ICRI standards. We perform moisture testing per both ASTM F1869 and F2170 protocols on every commercial carpeting project, and apply vapor barrier systems rated for the specific MVER and alkalinity we are seeing.

You get installations that pass third-party inspections the first time and stay down for decades without edge curl or delamination.

Quality and Durability

Union Compliance Without the Headaches

Public Works? OSHPD? We're already certified. Our installers carry CFI credentials and manufacturer certifications. We submit certified payroll, maintain prevailing wage compliance, and carry the insurance ratings your contract requires. You hand us the specs, and we deliver the documentation.

Custom Flooring Installation Solutions

Your building doesn't shut down, and neither do we. We specialize in occupied space installations that happen while your tenants sleep. Our crews work quietly, use low-VOC adhesives, and leave spaces clean and ready for business the next morning. Your facility manager won't field complaints.

Save time and Hassle

The Capacity to Scale

Need six installers tomorrow? We have them. Unlike small residential shops that scramble to find help on Craigslist, we maintain crew capacity for large-scale projects with proper supervision ratios.

Whether it's a 50,000-square-foot office tower requiring seam coordination across multiple floors or a multi-building campus with different carpet tile specifications per building, we mobilize the manpower your timeline demands without sacrificing quality control.

The Right Carpet System for Your Project

  • Modular Carpet Tiles

Perfect for spaces that evolve. Also known as commercial carpet tiles or commercial tile systems.

    • Replace damaged tiles in minutes. No need to tear up entire rooms when a water fountain leaks or a desk chair ruins a section
    • Reconfigure layouts easily. Move workstations without worrying about mismatched carpet patches
    • Access underfloor utilities. Ideal for data centers, call centers, and tech offices with raised floor systems
    • Broad variety of colors, patterns, and pile height options
    • Design flexibility. Create patterns, zones, and wayfinding with different tile colors

Faster installations, lower long-term maintenance costs, and the ability to refresh spaces without full replacements.

  • Broadloom: Seamless Elegance

For spaces where appearance is everything. The best carpet look for high-end interiors

    • Zero visible seams. Critical for executive suites, conference rooms, and hospitality spaces
    • Pattern matching perfection. Our installers align dye lots and pile direction across entire floors

How It Works

Step 1:
Site Assessment with Testing

Upload your plans or schedule a walk-through. We evaluate subfloors and recommend the correct types of commercial flooring.

Step 2:
Accurate Quote with Line-Item Breakdown

We provide line-item pricing for prep, materials, installation, and cleanup.  If your slab needs grinding to achieve a proper profile or moisture mitigation with epoxy barriers, it's in the quote with specific product callouts. You know the real cost before committing. Includes FREE estimates for qualified projects.

Step 3:
Scheduled Installation with Coordination

We coordinate around your occupancy schedule. Need night crews with lighting and ventilation? Weekend installations around building occupancy? Phased work that keeps half your building operational with temporary protection on completed areas? We have done it hundreds of times with proper sequencing. Your project manager gets daily updates with photo documentation of substrate prep, adhesive trowel notching, and seam placement.

Step 4:
Clean Handoff (Ready for Business)

We don't leave debris for your janitorial team. HEPA vacuums run continuously during cuts. Waste is removed daily. Final walk-throughs happen before we invoice. You get a space that's ready for furniture loads (including rolling office chairs on casters), tenants, or the grand opening.
