The task was replacing a problematic VCT cafeteria / multi-purpose room floor. The floor is aged and failing. The task was correcting an ongoing substrate crack issue you could identify throughout the cafeteria floor.
The client requested a long-term floor solution that offered value, acoustic qualities, slip resistance, daily durability for student use, and a custodial-friendly floor that didn't need to be stripped or waxed. They wanted a proven, simplified custodial maintenance system.
